Orders
Regular orders
When ordering a regular item from the store or online shop, the client is allowed to cancel this order during 5 days following the downpayment. After these 5 days, the order cannot be cancelled anymore.
Custom orders
When placing a custom order, the client is allowed to change their mind for 7 days after placing the downpayment. After those 7 days the order cannot be cancelled or adapted anymore. Any costs following requested adaptations or cancellations are at the expense of the client. Custom orders are subjected to different delivery terms than regular stock items and may have varying delivery times.
Returns
Return costs
When sending an item back to the shop, the shipping costs are to be payed by the client. When the item is brought to the store, there are no extra costs
Refund
When the return item is well received and it meets the expected return requirements, we will proceed to the full refund of the item within 30 days. Do make sure all needed information for the refund is shared with us.
Return requirements
Returning a store or online shop bought item can be done under the following circumstances;
Items that are not faulty can only be returned within the first 14 days of when it was bought or delivered, if they are in their original undamaged packaging, together with all accessories it was delivered with and the related invoice or purchase receipt.
Items that are faulty or broken when bought or delivered can be exchanged if we are notified about it by e-mail or phone in advance. We do request an explanation and related pictures to confirm possible damages so that we can find a solution.
custom items or ordered items that are not available in our shop cannot be returned except if these are damaged or faulty upon delivery.

Delivery cost
Every delivery is different and so is the cost of it. The delivery cost is calculated by taking in consideration several details;
the size and weight of the package
the delivery address
the floor the item needs be delivered on
do the delivery man take the stairs?
is there a need for a lift?
Online shop deliveries
As we do not only sell small items we do have to take in consideration the way some items are delivered. That is why some items can be picked-up at our physical store or delivered straight to your home without any hick-ups. For some online items, some mail correspondence has to happen to define the delivery cost and terms.
Delivery time
Most items are subject to a different delivery time as we work with different suppliers. Time may vary from 2 weeks upto 10 weeks for custom orders. Do contact us for more information if more information is needed.
